Carlee Fleming is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow and is currently in the process of earning her Certification of Clinical Competence through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Carlee graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi first in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology, and then in 2024 with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology.

Carlee has clinical experience working with patients ranging from age 4 to 90+ in various settings including: outpatient clinic, elementary school, and skilled nursing facilities. She also spent a year as a graduate assistant at the DuBard School for Language Disorders. Carlee has experience with patients presenting with articulation disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), childhood apraxia of speech, autism, dysphagia, motor speech disorders, aphasia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and cognitive-communicative disorders.

Carlee believes in utilizing a strengths-based therapy approach and providing neurodiversity-affirming care for her patients. She is passionate about seeking out each patient's communicative intent and helping them convey it in a meaningful way. In her free time, Carlee enjoys spending time with her husband, Nicholas, and their two cats, Delilah and Tiffany.
